The role includes recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding activities while maintaining effective communication and organizational culture.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 1+ year of HR experience looking to advance their careers in a fast-paced tech environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and manage job descriptions and postings

Handle end-to-end recruitment: screening, coordination, and onboarding

Manage employee onboarding and exit procedures

Maintain and organize HR documentation and employee records

Support daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies

Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture
🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
✅ Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience (recruitment experience required)
✅ Prior experience in a software house is a strong advantage
✅ Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
