About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join our growing HR team.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in recruitment, HR operations, performance management, and employee engagement, particularly within the garments or denim manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
2️⃣ Oversee HR operations, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination
3️⃣ Support and execute performance management and OD initiatives
4️⃣ Drive employee engagement programs and foster a positive workplace culture
5️⃣ Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources Management or related field
✅ 4–7 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in garments or denim manufacturing)
✅ Proficiency in HRIS, MS Excel, and HR documentation
✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
