About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join a growing IT company in Karachi. This role focuses primarily on recruitment and onboarding, making it ideal for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and people management in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for sales, technical, and support roles

Candidate Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
✅ 6 months – 1 year of experience (internship experience considered)
✅ Proven experience in recruitment within an IT or tech company
✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
✅ Strong understanding of HR procedures and employee lifecycle management
