🔎 Position Requirements

• CA Inter qualified (mandatory)

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, and reporting

• Solid understanding of ERP systems, financial controls, and compliance

• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making abilities

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and finalization of monthly management accounts.

• Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance to top management.

• Oversee daily bank positions, cash flow updates, and timely bank reconciliations.

• Manage month-end closing including reconciliations, accruals, and journal adjustments.

• Coordinate with internal tax teams and external tax consultants for annual income tax filings and compliance.

• Supervise weekly accounts receivable/payable reconciliations and ERP aging reports.

• Drive ERP development, customization, and integration for improved financial reporting.

• Ensure timely closure of inter-company transactions and balances.

• Monitor expenses, analyze revenues, and prepare budget vs. actual variances for management.

• Prepare financial projections for bank financing, credit facility renewals, and financial planning.

• Maintain strict compliance with IAS/IFRS accounting standards and internal policies.

1️⃣ Financial Leadership & Oversight

• Lead and manage all financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

• Maintain compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and UAE financial regulations.

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

2️⃣ Budgeting & Forecasting

• Develop and implement detailed annual budgets and financial forecasts.

• Conduct variance analysis and monitor budget performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Support business planning through data-driven financial insights.

3️⃣ Team Management & Development

• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

• Oversee task delegation, performance reviews, and capacity-building initiatives.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).

• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including team leadership roles.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and audit management.

• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.

• Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
