A leading organization in the UAE is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Accounts Manager to lead its finance and accounting function. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with international accounting standards, and provide valuable insights to support executive decision-making.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Financial Leadership & Oversight

Lead and manage all financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Maintain compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and UAE financial regulations.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
2️⃣ Budgeting & Forecasting

Develop and implement detailed annual budgets and financial forecasts.

Conduct variance analysis and monitor budget performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Support business planning through data-driven financial insights.
3️⃣ Team Management & Development
-
Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Oversee task delegation, performance reviews, and capacity-building initiatives.
4️⃣ Audit & Compliance

Manage both internal and external audits with strict adherence to compliance standards.

Maintain a robust system of internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure transparency.
5️⃣ Reporting & Analysis

Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).

5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including team leadership roles.

Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and audit management.

Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
