🔎 Position Requirements

CA Inter qualified (mandatory)

8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, and reporting

Solid understanding of ERP systems, financial controls, and compliance

Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making abilities
🧾 Key Responsibilities
-
Lead the preparation, review, and finalization of monthly management accounts.

Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance to top management.

Oversee daily bank positions, cash flow updates, and timely bank reconciliations.

Manage month-end closing including reconciliations, accruals, and journal adjustments.

Coordinate with internal tax teams and external tax consultants for annual income tax filings and compliance.
-
Supervise weekly accounts receivable/payable reconciliations and ERP aging reports.
-
Drive ERP development, customization, and integration for improved financial reporting.
-
Ensure timely closure of inter-company transactions and balances.

Monitor expenses, analyze revenues, and prepare budget vs. actual variances for management.

Prepare financial projections for bank financing, credit facility renewals, and financial planning.

Maintain strict compliance with IAS/IFRS accounting standards and internal policies.
