🔹 Position Overview: Manager Finance & Accounts – NLC Karachi
The Manager Finance & Accounts will play a critical leadership role in overseeing the organization’s complete financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain robust financial controls, and drive strategic financial planning for the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire finance & accounts function at NLC Headquarters.

Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards, VAT/Sales Tax laws, and financial regulations.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
-
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger management, and month-end closing.
-
Prepare timely financial statements, MIS reports, and audit documentation.
-
Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth financial operations.

Lead a team of finance professionals and ensure continuous process improvements.

Manage internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
-
ACCA / ICMA / CA Qualified (mandatory).
-
8–12 years of professional experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or large-scale operations.

Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, compliance, IFRS, and internal controls.
-
Proven track record in team leadership, decision-making, and organizational management.

Proficiency in financial ERP systems, SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting software.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
