Radiant Pharmaceuticals Limited, one of Bangladesh’s leading pharmaceutical companies, is seeking a Deputy Manager – Finance & Accounts to join its Finance Division at the Corporate Headquarters in Dhaka.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger.

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

• Support statutory and internal audits and ensure full regulatory compliance.

• Assist the Director (Finance) with financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.

• Prepare management reports, board packs, and presentations.

• Strengthen internal controls and ensure tax, VAT, and regulatory reporting accuracy.

• Contribute to ERP (SAP) enhancement and automation initiatives.

📚 Educational Requirements

• MBA/Master’s in Accounting or Finance from a reputed university.

• CA (Professional Level completed or partly completed) preferred.

💼 Experience

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, or audit — preferably in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or multinational sectors.

---

🔑 Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Tax & VAT regulations.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO or other ERP systems is a plus.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills in English and Bangla.

📊 Key Responsibilities

Operational Accounting

• Process invoices, credit notes, and supplier balance confirmations.

• Manage inventory accounting — including receipts, write-offs, and reconciliations.

• Oversee orders, shipments, logistics, and costing processes.

• Monitor accounts receivable/payable and maintain proper documentation.

• Act as treasury back-up when required.

Management Accounting & Compliance

• Record loan fees, interest, and related transactions.

• Ensure compliance with UAE tax and financial regulations.

• Handle VAT (5%) reporting via the FTA portal, including returns and designated zones (DAFZA/IFZA) documentation.

• Prepare and reconcile corporate tax (9%) calculations.

Reporting & Internal Control

• Maintain accurate ERP records and general ledger updates.

• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports (by company, channel, and SKU).

• Conduct deal-level margin analysis to support management decisions.

🎓 Requirements

✅ 3–7 years of accounting or financial controlling experience (trading background preferred).
✅ Hands-on UAE experience with VAT, customs, and designated zones.
✅ Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP).
✅ Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or 1C UAE).
✅ Strong understanding of IFRS, landed cost, and multi-currency operations.
✅ Excellent command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
