Radiant Pharmaceuticals Limited, one of Bangladesh’s leading pharmaceutical companies, is seeking a Deputy Manager – Finance & Accounts to join its Finance Division at the Corporate Headquarters in Dhaka.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger.

Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

Support statutory and internal audits and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Assist the Director (Finance) with financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.

Prepare management reports, board packs, and presentations.

Strengthen internal controls and ensure tax, VAT, and regulatory reporting accuracy.

Contribute to ERP (SAP) enhancement and automation initiatives.
📚 Educational Requirements
-
MBA/Master’s in Accounting or Finance from a reputed university.

CA (Professional Level completed or partly completed) preferred.
💼 Experience
-
8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, or audit — preferably in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or multinational sectors.
🔑 Key Skills & Competencies
-
Strong knowledge of IFRS, Tax & VAT regulations.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO or other ERP systems is a plus.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills in English and Bangla.
