We are currently hiring an Assistant Finance Manager to support our pharmacy outlets and pharmaceutical distribution business in Dubai.

๐งพ Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts for distribution business and pharmacy outlets
Record daily transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory movements
Reconcile general ledger, sub-ledgers, and intercompany accounts
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
Prepare financial reports including:
Profit & Loss (P&L)
Balance Sheet
Cash Flow Statements
Variance Analysis
Prepare annual budgets in coordination with operations teams
Manage daily sales reconciliation from POS systems across all pharmacy branches
Track credit sales, insurance claims, and receivable follow-ups
Prepare detailed monthly receivable reports
Verify inventory adjustments, expiries, and stock variances
Coordinate with storekeepers and operations teams
Monitor branch-level expenses and profitability
Validate supplier invoices, GRNs, and pricing as per DHA / MOH regulations
Manage product costing, landed cost calculations, and margin analysis
Reconcile inventory valuation with warehouse and supply chain teams
Monitor receivables in real time
Perform daily bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting
Process payments to suppliers, logistics partners, and service providers
Ensure timely salary and operational payments
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations (returns, filings, documentation)
Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely schedules and documentation
Maintain financial records in line with company policy and statutory requirements
Provide financial insights for sales performance and cost optimization
Support pricing reviews, discounts, and margin controls
Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and HR teams
Highlight financial risks, cash flow issues, and inefficiencies
Prepare management presentations for monthly performance reviews with reconciliations
๐ Professional Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Professional certifications (CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA) preferred
3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution or retail pharmacy operations in the UAE (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, inventory accounting, and pharmacy POS systems
Experience with ERP systems (NAVISION, SAP, or similar)
Knowledge of UAE pharmaceutical regulations (DHA / MOHAP) is an advantage
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
