We are expanding our finance team and currently looking for Accountant and Senior Accountant professionals with strong experience in real estate operations, construction projects, and project-based accounting.
This role involves close coordination with Sales, CRM, Projects, and Finance teams to ensure accurate financial records and smooth operational support.

🧾 Key Responsibilities
Record and monitor sales contracts, reservation fees, down payments, and installment schedules
Prepare and update customer aging reports, including:
Due installments
Overdue balances
Penalties
Coordinate with Sales & CRM teams to validate contracts and resolve discrepancies
Track construction costs, subcontractor invoices, material purchases, and project-related expenses
Review and verify supplier invoices (contractors, consultants, material suppliers)
Match purchase orders (POs), contracts, delivery notes, and invoices
Prepare payment requests and follow internal approval workflows
Maintain Accounts Payable aging and support cash flow planning
Perform bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations
Support withholding tax (WHT) calculations
Maintain accurate and updated records in the ERP system
Ensure proper filing and documentation of:
Contracts
Invoices
Receipts
Supporting documents
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong attention to detail and high level of organization
Experience in real estate or construction accounting is a strong advantage
Hands-on experience with project accounting
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, project, and finance teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Relevant experience as Accountant or Senior Accountant
Experience with ERP systems preferred
Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, and taxation
