🎓 Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
CMA or IFRS certification preferred
Strong background in financial reporting and compliance
🧾 Duties & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial activities
Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements
Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
Analyze financial reports and support strategic decision-making
Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure work quality
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards
Improve internal financial controls and procedures
Enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial operations
Coordinate with management and auditors when required
