🌟 About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should be proficient in QuickBooks and Excel, possess excellent analytical skills, and be comfortable working evening shifts.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✅ Record and maintain daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
✅ Prepare bank reconciliations, supplier statements, and ensure timely settlement of payables and receivables.
✅ Assist in monthly and annual closings, financial statements, and management reports.
✅ Monitor expenses, verify petty cash, and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
✅ Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for financial control.
✅ Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth financial operations.
✅ Maintain ledgers, reconciliations, and cash flows using QuickBooks.
✅ Ensure proper documentation and compliance of all accounting records.
💡 What We’re Looking For
✔ B.Com / BS / ACCA or equivalent qualification.
✔ 6 months – 2 years of accounting & finance experience.
✔ Strong command over QuickBooks and MS Excel.
✔ Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
✔ Must be comfortable with 2 PM – 10 PM shift timings.
