🧾 Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Accounts with hands-on expertise in the Travel & Tourism industry to oversee our financial operations.
The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end accounting processes, ensure compliance with tax regulations, handle BSP/GDS reconciliations, and support the organization’s financial health with precision and integrity.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
📘 Accounting & Bookkeeping

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, and ledger reconciliations.

Supervise Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) processes.
✈️ Travel Industry Finance Operations
-
Handle reconciliation of BSP, GDS, and CRS bookings (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).

Manage vendor payments, agent commissions, refunds, and customer receipts.

Ensure accurate invoicing for B2B/B2C travel services (flights, hotels, visas, packages, insurance).
💰 Taxation & Compliance

Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns applicable to travel businesses.

Ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.
📊 Reporting & Analysis

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Generate MIS reports, variance analyses, and budgets for management review.
🧠 Required Skills & Experience
✅ 5–8 years of accounting/finance experience, including 3+ years in Travel & Tourism.
✅ Strong knowledge of BSP, IATA reporting, GDS transactions, and agent billing.
✅ Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems, plus advanced Excel skills.
✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
🎓 Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred).

Experience with travel-specific financial tools and multi-currency accounting.
