We’re seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Relationship Associate – Corporate to support Relationship Managers (RMs) and Senior Relationship Managers (SRMs) in managing corporate client portfolios. This is an exciting opportunity for banking professionals looking to advance their careers within a reputable financial institution.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist RMs in managing corporate relationships, ensuring achievement of financial targets including profits, trade volumes, and cross-selling opportunities.
✅ Monitor and evaluate the financial health and credit quality of customers and industries to proactively manage potential risks.
✅ Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
✅ Prepare structured client calling programs to identify new business opportunities and align client needs with banking products.
✅ Provide regular updates to Team Leaders / Senior Team Leaders regarding account performance and portfolio insights.
✅ Prepare and process credit approval notes and renewals in line with bank policies and regulatory frameworks.
✅ Ensure complete documentation and coordinate with the quality team to avoid any security or compliance gaps.
💡 Ideal Candidate Profile:
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, or Business Administration
✔ 1–2 years of experience in Corporate or Investment Banking
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills
✔ Sound understanding of credit analysis, trade finance, and risk assessment
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and banking systems
