🧾 Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Executive – Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance to join a reputed organization. The role involves ensuring transparency, financial accuracy, and compliance with internal policies through effective audit and risk management practices.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Review MIS reports and related financial statements.

Regularly verify ledgers, trial balances, and vouchers (cash/bank receipts, payments, journals).

Conduct pre-audit of all bills ensuring alignment with company policies and material receipts.

Review store consumption and inventory movement within defined schedules.

Plan and conduct financial audits as per business requirements.

Perform physical inventory and cash counting to ensure accountability.

Evaluate internal control systems and recommend process improvements.

Identify control weaknesses, propose corrective actions, and follow up implementation.

Conduct market visits for price verification and cost validation.
🎓 Education & Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com) or Business Administration (MBA).

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in internal audit, risk, or compliance.

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools.
