Bachaa Party — one of Pakistan’s fastest-growing retail brands — is looking for a Customer Experience Officer who can deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction across all communication channels.
๐งพ Key Responsibilities:

Proactively handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback.

Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction.

Conduct customer feedback surveys and provide actionable insights to management.

Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all complaints to maintain high satisfaction scores.

Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
๐ Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2–3 years of experience in Customer Service or Contact Center operations.

Previous call center experience handling inbound and outbound calls.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle high call volumes with courtesy and patience.

Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
