📘 About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Remote Bookkeeper to join our global accounting team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Xero, and TaxCycle (income tax filing software), along with a strong understanding of the Canadian tax environment — particularly T1 personal income tax returns.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Perform daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online and/or Xero, including:

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Expense classification and posting
-
Accounts Payable/Receivable tracking

Month-end closing processes
✅ Use TaxCycle to prepare and file T1 income-tax returns.
✅ Follow internal accounting procedures and compliance checklists.
✅ Maintain organized financial records and flag discrepancies proactively.
✅ Work independently on rules-based accounting tasks after training.
🎓 Required Qualifications:

Practical experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, and TaxCycle.
