About the Role:
AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Junior HR Executive to support its International HR Department at the Head Office in Karachi.
The role requires a motivated HR professional who is passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, with strong organizational and communication skills.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Assist in international recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview coordination

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees

Organize and coordinate training and employee development programs

Handle employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations
💼 Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
✅ 1–2 years of professional experience in HR operations or recruitment
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✅ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
✅ Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
