Kohler Elevators Pakistan Pvt. Ltd is a trusted name in vertical transportation solutions, offering premium elevators and escalator systems. We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Executive to manage core HR operations and employee administration at our Karachi head office.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle new employee onboarding, documentation, and maintain updated HR records.

• Manage employee travel arrangements, ticketing, and client notifications for official visits.

• Oversee talent acquisition, including job postings, scheduling, and conducting interviews.

• Maintain and update group health, life insurance, SESSI, PESSI, and EOBI records, including renewals.

• Manage attendance, leave, and shift schedules using Timetrax software.

• Administer monthly payroll and employee allowance processing.

• Ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments.

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience (elevator industry experience preferred).

• Knowledge of payroll, HR systems, and Pakistan labor laws.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
