About the Role:
A reputed organization in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Executive to join their finance team.
The ideal candidate will manage vendor payments, maintain accurate financial records, and support day-to-day accounting operations.
This role offers a great opportunity for finance professionals — including UAE-based fresh graduates — to grow their careers in a professional and dynamic environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Manage and record petty cash transactions accurately

Handle and update fixed asset registers

Oversee vendor accounts and ensure timely processing of payments

Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and maintain documentation

Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies
💼 Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
✅ 2–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Finance roles
✅ UAE-based freshers with strong accounting knowledge are also encouraged to apply
✅ Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP)
✅ Excellent organizational and communication skills
