Alkalma Health is expanding its operations and seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations in our Riyadh office.

📊 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage and oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and transparency in reporting.
✅ Supervise financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
✅ Ensure full compliance with Saudi tax laws, ZATCA regulations, and VAT requirements.
✅ Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to the leadership team.
✅ Support strategic planning, business forecasting, and performance optimization.
✅ Collaborate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders for financial governance.
✅ Implement strong internal controls and risk management practices.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
🎯 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CPA/CMA preferred).
🎯 Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2–3 years in the healthcare sector.
🎯 Strong knowledge of Saudi financial systems, ZATCA compliance, and VAT reporting.
🎯 Excellent command of financial reporting, budgeting, and ERP systems.
🎯 Proven leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
