You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and process improvement while collaborating with senior leadership across regional entities.
There’s also a clear progression path toward a Senior Audit or Head of Audit position.
📊 Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop, lead, and execute the annual internal audit plan
✅ Perform financial, operational, and compliance audits
✅ Identify risks and implement robust internal control frameworks
✅ Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
✅ Prepare and present audit findings and reports to senior management
✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments
✅ Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and IFRS
🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience
🎯 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (CIA / CPA highly preferred)
🎯 5–7+ years of experience in internal audit, financial controls, or risk management
🎯 Proven exposure to manufacturing or distribution operations
🎯 Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
🎯 Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional stakeholders
🎯 Strong understanding of audit methodologies, ERP systems, and risk frameworks
