We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Manager Finance to lead our financial operations and support our ambitious growth journey.
As the financial architect of our expansion, you will design financial strategies, optimize profitability, and ensure sustainable fiscal discipline across multiple business domains.
📊 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Financial Planning & Analysis:
Lead the annual budgeting process, create detailed forecasts, and develop financial models to support new business initiatives.
🔹 Feasibility Studies:
Conduct detailed feasibility analysis for business expansion projects, evaluating ROI and long-term financial impact.
🔹 Business Partnering:
Collaborate with department heads as a strategic advisor, providing actionable financial insights for decision-making and cost optimization.
🔹 Taxation & Compliance:
Oversee all tax planning, reporting, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and legal adherence.
🔹 P&L Management:
Take ownership of profit and loss statements, driving performance and profitability across all business units.
🔹 Import/Export Finance:
Manage international financial operations including LC documentation, customs duties, bank transactions, and payment settlements.
🔹 Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and present insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
🔹 Cash Flow Management:
Optimize working capital, manage liquidity, and maintain a strong cash position to support ongoing growth.
🎯 Required Expertise:
✅ 3–5 years of proven experience as Manager Finance or in a similar leadership role
✅ Strong understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and analysis
✅ Hands-on experience with feasibility studies and business case development
✅ Expertise in taxation, compliance, and financial reporting
✅ Experience managing P&L and cost control initiatives
✅ Familiarity with import/export documentation and trade finance
✅ Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software
✅ Retail industry experience will be a strong plus
🧠 Preferred Qualifications:
🎓 CA / ACCA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
📈 Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and strategic planning
🌐 Multinational or regional finance exposure preferred
