Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy Manager – Supply Chain to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective supply chain performance in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, contract negotiation, and order placement.

Analyze and monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance.

Conduct weekly and monthly inventory audits, ensuring 100% accuracy between ERP records and physical stock.

Identify and manage ageing or dead stock, recommending adjustments to optimize stock levels.

Ensure strict compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards for all inbound and outbound materials.

Prepare and present comprehensive inventory and supply chain performance reports to management.

Perform data-driven analysis to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.

Maintain accurate documentation of supplier agreements, purchase orders, and material movements.

Support the development and implementation of strategic supply chain improvement initiatives.

Oversee daily and weekly production planning activities to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure full compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and certifications.
Technical Skills Required:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and analytics.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems (MM/WMS modules).

Solid understanding of logistics, warehousing, and transportation management.
