Position: Deputy Manager / Manager – Fabric Sourcing

About the Role:

Sarena Industries is seeking a highly experienced and result-driven professional for the position of DM / Manager Fabric Sourcing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end fabric procurement, vendor management, and cost optimization to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Textile Engineering
💼 Experience: 10–12 years of relevant experience in fabric sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management within the textile industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle from Request for Quotation (RFQ) to contract finalization

  • Manage and monitor the annual fabric sourcing budget and ensure alignment with performance KPIs

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery

  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards

  • Conduct market analysis and cost benchmarking for raw materials and finished fabrics

  • Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships

✅ Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
✅ Proven expertise in vendor management and cost control
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
✅ Knowledge of global sourcing and textile supply chain best practices
