Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy Manager – Supply Chain to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective supply chain performance in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, contract negotiation, and order placement.

• Analyze and monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance.

• Conduct weekly and monthly inventory audits, ensuring 100% accuracy between ERP records and physical stock.

• Identify and manage ageing or dead stock, recommending adjustments to optimize stock levels.

• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards for all inbound and outbound materials.

• Prepare and present comprehensive inventory and supply chain performance reports to management.

• Perform data-driven analysis to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.

• Maintain accurate documentation of supplier agreements, purchase orders, and material movements.

• Support the development and implementation of strategic supply chain improvement initiatives.

• Oversee daily and weekly production planning activities to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure full compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and certifications.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and analytics.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (MM/WMS modules).

• Solid understanding of logistics, warehousing, and transportation management.
