Role: Senior Manager Finance
Location: Naya Nazimabad, Karachi
Industry: Construction & Real Estate Development
Salary: Up to PKR 800,000 per month (based on experience)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis for ongoing and upcoming projects

• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to accounting standards

• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting

• Lead audit coordination and internal control implementation

• Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making

🎓 Qualification & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with Articles completed from a Big 4 audit firm

• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in finance or corporate accounting

• Strong knowledge of construction, real estate, or REIT operations

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
