💼 Position Details
Role: Senior Manager Finance
Location: Naya Nazimabad, Karachi
Industry: Construction & Real Estate Development
Salary: Up to PKR 800,000 per month (based on experience)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis for ongoing and upcoming projects

Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to accounting standards

Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting

Lead audit coordination and internal control implementation

Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making
🎓 Qualification & Experience
-
Chartered Accountant (CA) with Articles completed from a Big 4 audit firm
-
3–5 years of post-qualification experience in finance or corporate accounting
-
Strong knowledge of construction, real estate, or REIT operations

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
