📋 Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, ledgers, and journal entries
Process supplier invoices, purchase orders, payment vouchers, and receipts
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliation
Support monthly closing and preparation of financial statements and reports
Handle petty cash, maintain bank statements, and perform bank reconciliations
Assist in payroll processing and maintain reimbursement records for employees
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoice verification and payment
Provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with company financial policies, UAE VAT regulations, and statutory requirements
Maintain accurate filing and document control for all accounting transactions
🧠 Skills & Competencies
✅ Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP)
✅ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
✅ Strong team collaboration and communication skills
✅ Knowledge of UAE VAT laws will be an added advantage
