The selected candidate will provide high-level administrative and executive support, ensuring seamless operations, timely coordination, and efficient communication across all departments and external stakeholders. This role requires maturity, discretion, and strong administrative expertise.
📝 Key Responsibilities
Executive Support

Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules for senior management

Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up action trackers

Handle confidential documents with integrity and discretion

Coordinate internal meetings, executive briefings, and presentations
Administrative Operations

Maintain documentation and records per banking compliance standards
-
Manage office correspondence, emails, calls, and inquiries
-
Support procurement of office supplies and resources

Assist in organizing corporate events, training sessions, and departmental activities
Communication & Coordination

Serve as a liaison between management, employees, clients, and vendors

Draft professional communication including emails, memos, letters, and notices

Ensure timely follow-ups and completion of assigned tasks
Reporting & Documentation

Prepare MIS reports, expense summaries, and monthly administrative updates

Maintain accurate department files, logs, and data

Assist with audit documentation, compliance checks, and banking protocols
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Admin Officer—preferably within the banking or financial sector

Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

High professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
