KAS is seeking an experienced Manager Finance – Planning & Analysis to lead financial transformation initiatives and drive operational excellence across our organization. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the financial future of a dynamic, multicultural institution.

Key Responsibilities

• FP&A Leadership: Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic variance analysis.

• ERP / Accounting System Management: Lead ERP implementation, enhancement, and functional performance to improve financial data integrity.

• Financial Insights: Deliver data-driven analysis and decision-making support to senior management.

• Process Optimization: Identify and implement efficiency improvements across finance operations.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CA, or experienced Part-Qualified CA).

• Hands-on experience in ERP/accounting system implementation and management.

• Strong command of IFRS, financial reporting, and business intelligence tools.

• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills with a passion for analytical accuracy.

• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
