Key Responsibilities

• FP&A Leadership: Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic variance analysis.

• ERP / Accounting System Management: Lead ERP implementation, enhancement, and functional performance to improve financial data integrity.

• Financial Insights: Deliver data-driven analysis and decision-making support to senior management.

• Process Optimization: Identify and implement efficiency improvements across finance operations.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CA, or experienced Part-Qualified CA).

• Hands-on experience in ERP/accounting system implementation and management.

• Strong command of IFRS, financial reporting, and business intelligence tools.

• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills with a passion for analytical accuracy.

• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

About the Role:

Dara Management is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant (Remote – Pakistan Only) to join our growing finance team. This role involves managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting internal teams with financial insights and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and manage payments efficiently.

• Process invoices, reimbursements, and purchase orders (POs) on time.

• Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, audits, and financial statements.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.

• Collaborate with operations, sales, and logistics teams to ensure financial accuracy.

Requirements:

• Qualification: ACCA, ICMA, or CA (Qualified or Part Qualified).

• Experience: 2–3 years in accounting or finance (experience in e-commerce preferred).

• Strong command of MS Excel; experience with QuickBooks or Odoo is an advantage.

• Sound knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices.

• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
