Job Overview

A reputed organization in Dubai is hiring a Full-Time Accountant to manage complete accounting operations independently. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong accounting fundamentals, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience using modern accounting software such as Zoho Books and Wafeq.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-set accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
  • Support internal and external audit processes
  • Assist with tax filings and regulatory compliance reporting
  • Ensure accounting accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Utilize MS Excel for manual accounting tasks and reporting
  • Work with Zoho Books and Wafeq accounting systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Diplomas not accepted)
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
  • UAE experience is not mandatory
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software (Zoho Books preferred)
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial operations
  • Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) are an advantage
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail and execution-focused mindset
