Job Overview

Steel and Stone General Contracting LLC is currently hiring an experienced Accountant to manage accounting operations for its contracting projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have strong UAE contracting experience and the ability to handle accounts independently.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain complete accounting records for contracting projects
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Prepare bank reconciliations and ledger entries
Record daily transactions, expenses, and invoices
Support monthly and year-end closing activities
Ensure compliance with UAE accounting regulations
Coordinate with management and external auditors

Requirements

Minimum 4 years UAE experience in a contracting company
Strong understanding of construction accounting
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Ability to work independently under deadlines
Good communication and organizational skills
