🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Manage payroll operations using ERP systems

• Assist in HR policy development, implementation, and compliance

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management

• Maintain employee records and ensure labor law compliance

• Oversee employee relations, attendance, and disciplinary processes

• Coordinate daily HR & administrative activities with management

• Support factory and operational HR requirements

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience

• Prior experience in manufacturing or textile industry will be highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of ERP-based payroll and HR systems

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
