🛠 Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end technical recruitment for production, engineering, quality, and support departments
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions
Support internal and external audits including ISO, customer audits, and compliance reviews
Assist with statutory compliance and maintain complete SITE HR documentation
Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training for newly hired employees
Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct at the plant
Maintain attendance, timekeeping, and shift-related HR records
Represent HR in plant-level meetings and safety briefings
Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
(MBA / MPA will be preferred)1–3 years of HR experience in manufacturing or process industry (mandatory)
Strong understanding of technical recruitment and HR operations
Familiarity with labor laws, audits, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently at a remote SITE / plant location
Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
