📊 Role Overview
Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring an experienced Senior Accountant for a reputable client in Qatar. The role involves managing the full spectrum of accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local financial laws, and maintaining accurate reporting for strategic decision-making.
📋 Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with IFRS, Qatar Tax Laws, and relevant financial regulations.

Oversee payroll processing and maintain Wage Protection System (WPS) compliance.

Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
-
Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation.

Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity and accuracy.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably within Qatar.

Strong working knowledge of Qatar Tax Laws and local financial practices.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems and QuickBooks (mandatory).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Must be locally available in Qatar with a transferable visa.
