🎓 Requirements

Bachelor’s or MBA in Supply Chain, Pharmacy, or Healthcare Management
-
Certifications such as Six Sigma or PMP are a plus
-
5–7 years of relevant experience in retail, FMCG, or healthcare operations
💼 Key Duties & Responsibilities
-
Manage branch staffing, training alignment, and grievance handling
-
Oversee branch budgets, P&L management, payments, and recoveries
-
Ensure accurate forecasting, inventory movement, and dispatch compliance
-
Analyze sales data and KPIs to drive operational performance
-
Supervise institutional sales, drug approvals, and financial recoveries
🧠 Skills & Competencies

Strong operational leadership and process improvement mindset

Excellent business acumen and analytical thinking

Proficiency in ERP systems, dashboards, and POS tools
