🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or MBA in Supply Chain, Pharmacy, or Healthcare Management

• Certifications such as Six Sigma or PMP are a plus

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in retail, FMCG, or healthcare operations

💼 Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage branch staffing, training alignment, and grievance handling

• Oversee branch budgets, P&L management, payments, and recoveries

• Ensure accurate forecasting, inventory movement, and dispatch compliance

• Analyze sales data and KPIs to drive operational performance

• Supervise institutional sales, drug approvals, and financial recoveries

• Strong operational leadership and process improvement mindset

• Excellent business acumen and analytical thinking

• Proficiency in ERP systems, dashboards, and POS tools
