Al Karam Textiles, one of Pakistan’s leading textile manufacturers, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Team Lead – CMA to oversee compliance, material traceability, and production audits. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on innovation, sustainability, and global textile standards.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage material traceability and mass balancing initiatives.

Conduct production data reconciliation, system audits, and process validations.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, GOTS, GRS, and BCI standards.

Utilize Oracle ERP, Power BI, and dashboard tools for reporting and data management.

Apply advanced Microsoft Excel formulas and analytical tools for operational tracking.

Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively across teams.

Prepare detailed compliance reports and audit summaries.
🎓 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Textiles, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management).

4–6 years of relevant experience in CMA or production audit roles.

Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Professional demeanor with fluency in spoken and written English.
🧩 Preferred Background

Candidates with a textile industry background will be given preference.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and data visualization tools is a must.
