This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, recruitment lifecycle management, and corporate hiring processes within a dynamic and professional environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.

Maintain candidate databases and coordinate communication between applicants and hiring managers.

Support HR team in onboarding and documentation processes.

Participate in recruitment drives and talent acquisition campaigns.

Contribute to HR reports, analytics, and internal projects.
📘 Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field).

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital recruitment tools.
