💼 About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Customer Support Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional service for a UK-based fashion retail brand. This is a remote, full-time position ideal for individuals with international customer service experience who can communicate effectively, handle customer concerns, and represent the brand with professionalism.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Handle large volumes of incoming customer calls and messages.

Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Build lasting relationships and maintain customer trust.

Provide accurate and detailed information using CRM tools.

Resolve customer issues promptly and follow up until resolution.

Keep organized records of all customer interactions and transactions.
🧩 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

1–2 years of proven experience as a CSR in the international fashion market (UK preferred).

Excellent English communication (verbal & written).

Familiarity with CRM systems and call-handling tools.

Strong conflict resolution and active listening skills.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
