✨ About the Role:
Fulcrum Pvt. Limited, on behalf of its client in the software industry, is seeking a Finance Associate to join their growing finance team at the Lahore Head Office.
This position is ideal for individuals passionate about accounting, finance operations, and technology-driven processes. You’ll assist in managing day-to-day financial tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting aligned with US EST hours.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Record and manage daily financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and payroll processing.
• Support audit preparation and documentation.
• Maintain and update financial data in QuickBooks and Zoho Books.
• Generate financial reports and variance analyses for management review.
📌 Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
✅ 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (junior-level position)
✅ Proficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Excel, and Google Sheets
✅ Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial systems
✅ Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
✅ Ability to work independently under US time zone (EST)
