About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager Finance to lead our organization’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accrual-based accounting, IFRS compliance, financial planning, and internal controls to ensure fiscal discipline and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily financial operations, including GL management, payables, receivables, payroll, and reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and company policy.

Ensure accurate accrual-based accounting and timely transaction recording.

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis process.

Supervise and develop the finance team to maintain high professional standards.

Establish and enforce financial policies, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.

Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit completion.

Manage cash flow, fund utilization, and financial risk assessments.

Prepare management and board reports, providing actionable financial insights.

Ensure tax, statutory, and donor reporting compliance.

Support strategic financial planning and system enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
✅ Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
✅ Professional certifications (ACCA, CA, CMA — full or partial) preferred
✅ Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
✅ Expertise in IFRS, accrual-based accounting, and audit coordination
✅ Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
