The role involves managing financial transactions, accounts payable/receivable, payroll assistance, and audit coordination—ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.

Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.

Perform bank reconciliations and payroll support.

Assist in audit documentation and reporting.

Maintain accurate financial data in accounting systems (QuickBooks, Zoho Books).

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
✅ 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance (junior level)
✅ Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Excel & Google Sheets
✅ Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
