📊 About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing finance team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of accounting standards and compliance.
🧾 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage daily accounting operations and supervise a team of three accountants.
✔ Oversee preparation of financial statements, ledgers, and month-end/year-end closing.
✔ Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, and accounting standards.
✔ Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government entities.
✔ Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control measures.
✔ Enhance internal controls and accounting system efficiency.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
🎯 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
🎯 Professional certification (CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is mandatory.
🎯 Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial sector.
🎯 Expertise in ERP or accounting software (SAP preferred).
🎯 Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
