📊 Position: General Accountant
Beta Group, a well-established contracting and engineering company, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented General Accountant to join its finance team.
The ideal candidate will support accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and contribute to the company’s financial growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including AP, AR, and general ledger entries.

Prepare and maintain financial records and statements.

Support monthly and annual closing processes.

Assist with bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and reporting.

Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.

Collaborate with the finance team to improve operational efficiency.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.

1–2 years of hands-on accounting or finance experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and financial software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills and very good English language proficiency.

High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
