A reputable and fast-growing organization in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join its leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, strategy implementation, and the use of modern finance systems to support business growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Manage and optimize the company’s financial performance and profitability

Ensure compliance with UAE tax and financial regulations

Implement and manage finance software systems for improved efficiency
-
Prepare detailed financial reports and present insights to senior management
-
Supervise the finance team and provide strategic guidance on investments, cost control, and capital management

Support decision-making by providing accurate and data-driven financial analysis
🔹 Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager

Strong expertise in finance software systems (mandatory)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (professional certifications like CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA are an advantage)

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Must currently be based in Dubai
