Biztek Apps is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager (Female) to lead our HR operations, manage end-to-end recruitment (both local and U.S. hiring), and foster a productive and engaging workplace culture.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, international work environment and wants to make a meaningful impact.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle HR management and compliance in alignment with company policies
Lead recruitment and onboarding for both local (Pakistan) and U.S.-based teams
Manage payroll, performance evaluations, and employee engagement activities
Develop and implement HR strategies that promote a positive and inclusive work culture
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
Support leadership in talent management, retention, and team development
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in HR leadership or management roles
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in U.S. hiring and HR compliance will be a strong plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a night-shift environment
