🔹 Role Overview
The Executive HSE will assist site management in implementing APL’s Safety Management System, ensuring full compliance with HSE policies, standards, and procedures. The role focuses on fostering a proactive safety culture and minimizing operational risks across terminal activities.
🧯 Key Responsibilities
Ensure implementation of HSE procedures and regulatory compliance across terminal operations.
Inspect and monitor safe work practices in operational and non-operational areas.
Supervise firefighting crew and ensure proper maintenance of safety equipment.
Conduct fire drills, safety inspections, and develop emergency response plans.
Investigate safety incidents and perform root cause analysis.
Deliver HSE training sessions and awareness programs for staff.
Manage Permit to Work (PTW) system and monitor compliance.
Identify and mitigate potential HSE hazards during all operational activities.
